This co-badged webinar draws together the AHEP and RAISE Networks to offer professional service staff an informative opportunity to hear about the variety of ways to engage in these networks.
The Association of Higher Education Professionals (AHEP) offers networking, CPD and conference opportunities for professional service staff members in UK Higher Education at all levels, including training opportunities and professional recognition.
The Researching Advancing and Inspiring Student Engagement (RAISE) Network is an association for all staff and students in any area interested in research and innovating student engagement in higher education, where RAISE too offers conferences and networking opportunities, as well as a Buddy Scheme and Reading Group.
This one hour webinar will start with an informal panel discussion on the importance of professional development for HE staff. This will be followed by a brief introductory presentation from each network, offering information regarding how to get involved and engage further, followed by the opportunity for questions from those in attendance.
