Registration for RAISE 2023 is now open! To take advantage of the Early Bird reduced rate please register to attend before 16 June 2023 (23:59 BST). Registrations close on 11 August 2023. Registration is subject to our Registration Terms and Conditions.

If you are registering on behalf of an attendee please complete the registration form (including email address) with the attendee information rather than your own. Receipts will be provided at the end of the registration process.
2023 Registration & Programming Fee
We appreciate that many in our community are facing increased financial pressures as a result of inflation. Unfortunately, RAISE is not immune to these pressures and many of our costs – including venue hire, equipment, supplies, staffing, IT support, programme production, maintaining our programming, registration, and virtual event platform – have increased substantially.
Registration rates include attendance at conference sessions, refreshments, lunches and social events. Online participants will not be able to attend in person social events.
Despite this, we have kept registration fees as close as possible to those for RAISE 2022 in Lincoln, and prioritised keeping student rates as low as possible. For RAISE 2023, we also have online registrations as part of the hybrid conference. These have been set to reflect the true cost of synchronous delivery, technology, and support associated with virtual attendance. Due to the nature of the online platform we are using, we are only able to offer a single online package which allows access to both days.

2023 Registration and Programming Fees

This fee covers the processing of proposals, production of the programme, staffing costs, proposal management, development and maintenance of software to manage programming, registrations, and virtual event platform, as well as ensuring excellent delegate support is available for all speakers and attendees attending both in person and virtually.

Student Registration
To qualify as a student, you should be a student within the same calendar year as the RAISE Conference (2023). This includes both full time and part time students, unless part-time students are employed at a University or College, where they should instead register as a staff member.
Payment Methods
Payment for registering using the online system is by credit/debit card and remains the quickest and most secure way to pay for your RAISE registration. It is advised you do not begin the process unless you have the card that you are going to use to close to hand. To discuss paying via an alternative method, please email raiseconference@leeds.ac.uk
